About The Position

We are looking for a Contact Center Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding Zoom's presence in the upmarket enterprise segment, focusing on strategic engagement with key decision-makers in the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) space. This role requires teamwork, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping potential customers unlock the full value of Zoom Contact Center solutions. As a CX BDR, you will work cross-functionally with Zoom CX Specialists, Field Marketing, your geo BDR, and ABM teams to build highly targeted outreach strategies and campaigns. Your goal will be to generate qualified opportunities for our sales teams by researching, prospecting, and engaging high-value accounts.

Requirements

  • Previous Contact Center (CX) Experience - Previous experience working with contact center solutions, CCaaS, or customer experience technologies is highly preferred.
  • Strategic Prospecting Ability - Proven ability to research, segment, and target high-value enterprise accounts using ABM and intent data.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Ability to work with multiple teams (CX Specialists, Sales, Field Marketing, ABM, Geo BDRs) to refine sales strategies.
  • Resilience & Growth Mindset - Experience in high-volume outbound prospecting, with the ability to handle rejection and adapt strategies.
  • Strong Communication Skills - Experience engaging C-level and VP executives, using consultative selling and personalized messaging.
  • Goal-Oriented & Data-Driven - Proven success in achieving or exceeding quarterly BDR quotas and contributing to pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Prospecting - Identify and engage enterprise accounts that would benefit from Zoom Contact Center by leveraging targeted account lists and ABM campaigns.
  • Outbound Engagement - Execute 70+ outbound activities daily, including cold calls, emails, video messages, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with Zoom CX Specialists, Field Marketing, geo BDRs, and ABM teams to craft and execute highly targeted account-based campaigns.
  • Lead Qualification - Identify and qualify Zoom Contact Center opportunities by conducting discovery calls and understanding a prospect's contact center needs.
  • Personalized Outreach - Develop compelling, account-specific messaging to engage C-level executives and VPs in Customer Experience (CX), IT, and Operations.
  • Pipeline Management - Maintain accurate records in Salesforce (SFDC) and contribute to Zoom's enterprise pipeline growth.
  • Performance Metrics & Continuous Learning - Track weekly and monthly performance, proactively adjusting strategies based on results and feedback.
