About The Position
Join our fun and friendly team at MVD Express in Albuquerque! We're a locally owned company looking for an Assistant Contact Manager to join our small but mighty contact center of 10 agents. If you have experience leading a Call Center/Contact Center team and have worked as an Assistant Manager or Manager, we'd love to hear from you. This full-time role involves a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday between 7:45 AM - 6:30 PM, and Saturdays until 3:00 PM. MVD Express has been part of the Albuquerque community for decades, offering opportunities for professional growth and development. We serve over 300,000 customers annually, handling licenses, Real ID, titles, registrations, and dealer services. As the leading third-party agent for New Mexico and Montana, we're committed to innovation, efficiency, transparency, and accountability. We're looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong leadership qualities, tech-savviness, and an ability to multitask. You should have at least 2 years of leadership experience and be excited about growing your career with us.
