About The Position

As a Contact Center Agent, you will be the first friendly person that greets clients on the phone or online and assists them with their banking needs. This role offers a team environment and a great insight into the world of banking, insurance, and wealth management to build a foundation for a career in financial services.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls, chat requests and emails from external and internal customers to assist them with general account questions, debit cards, online banking and fraud.
  • Help clients by verifying account information, assisting with transactions, and educating them on German American products and services.
  • Engage in friendly, meaningful conversations to guide clients when they are unsure of what to do next.
