You’ll also answer basic questions related to accounts, payments, products, and services to ensure a positive member experience. Your responsibilities will include: Respond to member inquiries promptly, professionally, and in line with established policies and security procedures. Provide accurate information about accounts, payments, products, and services, while identifying opportunities to recommend CWCU offerings. Research account issues and resolve documentation errors, escalating more complex matters when needed. Assist with completing forms, wires, account updates, and applications. Knowledge & Skills: You don’t need a banking background—just curiosity, care, and the willingness to learn. We’ll teach you the rest. High school diploma or GED Communicates clearly, respectfully, and professionally Comfortable with using a computer, Word, and Excel Strong attention to detail Organizational skills Ability to multi-task A member-first mindset Work Environment: Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 5pm EST. Requirements
