Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking an exceptional and experienced Contact Center Advisor who thrives in a well-organized, fast-paced, and multi-task driven environment. This position will report directly to the Contact Center Manager in our Farmington Hills location. The Ideal Candidate: Ability of providing high quality and accurate service to our members and non-members, both internal and external. Ability to provide members with information necessary to make informed decision regarding their financial transactions. Must be able to help our members with their financial needs and building trusted relationships to deliver a memorable and excellent service experience. Must be able to answer member questions concerning their accounts and ACCU services. Ability to process a variety of member transactions such as balance information, fee disputes, etc. Must be able to be an active listener with excellent communication skills who works well with others. A successful candidate will be an approachable team player with a personable and professional demeanor, a desire to learn and driven to achieve outstanding results---accurately and efficiently.
