Consumers Credit Union (CCU) is seeking a dedicated individual to assist members over the phone regarding questions they have about Credit Union products and services. The successful candidate will provide prompt, positive, and informative service to our members, meeting or exceeding individual service and productivity goals by delivering a great customer experience. This role requires utilizing multiple sources and modes of communication to retain and apply organizational updates, promotions, and product, service, policy, and procedural changes. Additionally, the candidate will communicate with other CCU departments to solve member inquiries and issues quickly and effectively.
