About The Position

As a Consumer Success Representative at Realtor.com, you will play a crucial role in shaping the customer journey at a leading real estate platform. This position requires a hybrid of customer service and sales effectiveness skills to drive outcomes and assist consumers through the early stages of the home buying or selling process. You will be responsible for making over 300 outbound and inbound calls daily, identifying clients' real estate transaction needs, and providing superior service and resolution. The role requires a collaborative team atmosphere and the ability to work independently, with scheduling flexibility for late evening or weekend hours.

Responsibilities

  • Represent realtor.com in a professional manner through phone, email, and text message communication.
  • Make 300+ outbound and inbound warm dials daily to identify clients' real estate transaction needs.
  • Provide superior service and resolution to clients.
  • Work collaboratively in a team atmosphere and independently.
  • Determine the needs of clients through effective problem-solving, listening, and questioning skills.
  • Make successful connections between consumers and real estate professionals.
  • Maintain scheduling flexibility for late evening or weekend shifts.
