Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related major.
  • Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
  • Willingness to work in Basking Ridge, NJ or Irving, TX.
  • Ability to participate in a hybrid 10-week internship from June 2026 to August 2026 working a full-time schedule.

Nice To Haves

  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in data visualization & analytics tools (Looker, Qlik, Tableau, Google Sheets, Excel).
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheets).
  • Project experience and/or coursework in system testing, data analytics, product management.
  • Adaptability, time management, collaboration, strong leadership, presentation and technical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management of 2-3 key strategic initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within scope, and to the highest standard.
  • Translate high-level business goals into actionable project plans, defining milestones, identifying resource needs, and managing cross-functional dependencies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing concise, regular updates on progress, risks, and outcomes to the leadership team.
  • Proactively identify needs and timelines, facilitating and helping prioritize needed stakeholders and work tracking.
  • Write complex, logic-driven formulas and create multi-step automated workflows in Smartsheet.
  • Exercise familiarity with REST APIs to write basic scripts in Python or JavaScript.
  • Utilize experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools to build interactive dashboards.
  • Use basic understanding of data concepts like data mapping and primary keys.
