The Northern California Consumer Experience team is changing and challenging the KP model and turning it into a member-first organization. As members have increasing options, opportunities, expectations, and are facing economic pressures, it's critical that KP is able to meet and exceed end-to-end experience expectations. While improved member retention is a key goal of this organization, we also aim to create, execute, and sustain consistent experiences that build trust and communication with the members/patients that lead to improved health outcomes. The position serves as a lead consultant to ensure the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of strategic business initiatives and projects/programs across multiple functional tracks or workstreams. It involves driving business strategy, organizational alignment, and prioritization of business initiatives, leading project/program team members, and managing complex, cross-functional projects/programs.
