About The Position

The Consumer Small Business Loan Ops Client Specialist I is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to both Consumer and Small Business clients, addressing their requests, questions, and concerns. This role involves processing service requests, posting payments, quoting payoffs, updating accounts, and resolving or escalating complaints while providing accurate information.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial software applications.
  • Effective listening and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and data entry skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities.

  • 2+ years of call center experience.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and build strong business relationships with clients and service providers.
  • Return phone calls promptly and provide excellent customer service.
  • Respond to requests submitted electronically or via US mail.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues.
  • Provide accurate loan information and quote loan payouts.
  • Process maintenance requests and complete rejected payments daily.
  • Debit/credit accounts, post loan payments, process wires and payoffs.
  • Update client account information and process return mail.
  • Inform internal clients about the Branch Employee Manual.
  • Maintain knowledge of the Bank's policies, procedures, products, and services.
  • Engage in projects and activities during low call volume.
