About The Position
The Consumer Services Coordinator (CSC) is responsible for coordinating services and supports for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families, ensuring compliance with the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act. This role involves case management, advocacy, and collaboration with various stakeholders to facilitate the Individual Program Plan (IPP) for consumers. The position requires travel to various locations within the Riverside School Age South unit and operates under the supervision of the Program Manager.
