About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic and sales-oriented Consumer Sales Associate to join our sales team in the US. This role is crucial in driving sales growth through a combination of proactive outbound prospecting, and dedicated member education and administrative support. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, exceeding sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of our sales organization. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a significant impact by engaging with potential and existing customers across multiple channels.

Requirements

  • Experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in an inside sales environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation techniques.
  • Ability to effectively handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into sales.
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products, processes, and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales goals through outbound lead generation and nurturing activities.
  • Proactively monitor and pursue outbound and post-purchase opportunities for customer retention and upselling.
  • Engage in pilot sales initiatives and incorporate successful tactics into your daily sales approach.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of outbound sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Educate customers on Peloton products, features, and benefits, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers to ensure a positive experience and drive product adoption.
  • Assist customers with order processing and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and post-sale support.
  • Provide cross-functional support to other teams (e.g. Account Management, Commercial orders) as needed.
