About The Position

As Consumer Relations Representative 1, you will be critical in handling and resolving incoming consumer and customer inquiries in the best interest of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. This role focuses on delivering a best‑in‑class consumer experience that positively influences customer satisfaction and repurchase intent. You will apply established Consumer Relations guidelines to effectively address inquiries, issues, and complaints while ensuring consistent and compliant resolutions. Additionally, you will identify potential legal or media‑sensitive situations and manage them appropriately in alignment with defined policies and procedures. What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inbound phone calls, email, and written inquiries while maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of Goodyear, Dunlop, and Kelly products and services. Ensure quality and compliance standards by meeting or exceeding Consumer Relations quality guidelines, customer satisfaction metrics, and completing all required training. Support business intelligence and documentation efforts by accurately capturing customer interaction data and identifying trends or spikes related to product or service performance. Execute program‑compliant resolutions, including authorizing refunds or rebates up to $500, in accordance with Sarbanes‑Oxley and established Consumer Relations policies. What We’re Looking For High School Degree or equivalent. Four-year Secondary (College/University) Degree. ASE (Auto Service Excellence) certification. What Will Set You Apart 1-2 years of previous contact center experience or related experience is preferred Effective problem solving. Strong communication skills. Requirements
