Requirements

• 1 or more years of experience working on all makes and models of turf and consumer product equipment.
• Assertiveness, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain repairs and costs to customers.
• Must have computer experience.
• Must provide own tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair all makes and models of turf and consumer product equipment, including small engines, handheld products, and lawnmowers.
• Support customers and maximize their uptime so they can get the job done.
• Work alongside other trained mechanics in a shop that has all the support and resources needed to perform top-notch work on equipment.
