Job Description: This job is responsible for performing more complex analysis aimed at mitigating risk, increasing profitability, improving performance forecasting, and operational performance for consumer products and related divisions. Key responsibilities include applying knowledge of multiple business and technical-related topics and independently driving strategic improvements, large-scale projects, and initiatives. Job expectations include working with business counterparts within the Line of Business and partner organizations including Risk and Product teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of contact center experience
  • 2+ years of Reporting/Analytics experience including knowledge of Tableau
  • Exceptional organizational and initiative management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to multitask and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment with highest level of accuracy
  • Strong sense of ownership with an ability to create and execute plans without daily oversight
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Proven ability to effectively lead meetings, set agendas, and monitor/track deliverables

Responsibilities

  • Performs complex analysis of financial models, market data, financial data, and portfolio trends to understand product performance and improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance
  • Coaches and mentors peers to improve proficiency in a variety of systems and serves as a subject matter expert on multiple business and technical-related topics
  • Identifies business trends based on economic and portfolio conditions and communicates findings to senior management
  • Supports execution of large scale projects, such as platform conversions or new project integrations by conducting advanced reporting and drawing analytics based insights
  • Analyzes and interprets large sets of raw data to recommend ways to help the business achieve desired outcomes and make informed business decisions
  • Create clear and concise reports to communicate findings and actionable insights
  • Coordinates with the business to track deliverables and their statuses, and measuring progress against ongoing success measures
  • Evaluate current processes and develop strategies to implement change and improve performance
