About The Position

Consumer PC NPI Lead Description - Consumer PC NPI Lead We are looking for a dynamic, creative, self-starting marketing professional to proactively manage and drive our Consumer PC product launches across the globe. The qualified candidate would be a part of our fast-moving New Product Introduction (NPI) team working closely with our CoE/NA, WW Marketing, Comms, WW Content, GBU, Systems teams, extended teams. Responsibilities Our goal is to elevate our product story through engaging assets that empower our sales teams and retailers to generate demand for our Consumer PC solutions and experiences. The NPI Manager will work closely with multiple teams, internal and external, to deliver a suite of compelling best-in-class assets and content supporting our product launches. Target audiences for the deliverables are the internal HP category and sales, alliance partners, retailers and press. Creates and manages a range of standard global assets including, but not limited to sell-in decks, press decks supporting a product launch by working with various teams Develop and present sell-in cycle briefings and press announcements Own and maintain a centralized launch repository that consolidates product specifications, partner embargoes, launch milestones, and customer shipment readiness, that is widely leveraged across multiple organizations to support launch planning and execution. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, PR/Communications, Marketing, and senior leadership to align on product launch plans, event logistics, timelines, and external announcements. Ensure current, accurate product information is consistently maintained and readily accessible in a centralized repository to support executive decision-making, cross-team alignment, and consistent go-to-market messaging. Simplify complex technical concepts into compelling, easy-to-grasp messages Work closely with Product Managers to thoroughly understand the products to create product narrative and engaging training materials Drive overarching strategy for assets/initiatives in product portfolio with ability to prioritize initiatives based on business needs and available funding Lead and/or participate from beginning to end events such as CES, Amplify Partner Conference, HP Imagine Think out-of-the-box and collaborate to create marketing/training materials that will engage and excite our sales team and retailers about our products. Keep regular communication with your stakeholders, including market category leads and product managers Education & Experience Recommended Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated knowledge. Typically has 7+ years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field. Knowledge & Skills Strong creative skills with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual and written deliverables. Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus Expertise in MS PowerPoint, SharePoint Strong presentation skills Thorough knowledge in the field of marketing communications. Strong technical knowledge and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences The ideal candidate must be able to work collaboratively within a team environment while being a motivated self-starter with a positive, “can-do” attitude. Salary The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated knowledge.
  • Typically has 7+ years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field.
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual and written deliverables. Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus
