About The Position

The Consumer Onboarding Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new associates joining Consumer Banking. The Consumer Onboarding Coordinator will assist with candidate screening and interview scheduling, execute key onboarding processes, while supporting associate engagement and recognition initiatives across Consumer Banking.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Smartsheet.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition or a related administrative role, preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • an associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration or relevant field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new Consumer associates, including preparing documentation, securing equipment, and coordinating training schedules, to ensure smooth transitions to their respective teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in Smartsheet and generate reports as needed.
  • Manage customer gifting program.
  • Foster a positive and encouraging work environment through associate engagement and recognition initiatives.
  • Gather feedback from new hires and stakeholders to drive improvements in onboarding and engagement efforts.
