Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in a customer service or sales position.
• Two years of experience in the Consumer Lending and/or Financial Services industry with demonstrated achievement of assigned KPIs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar programs.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and project leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Administration, or Economics.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish/English.
• Good standing with applicable licenses to sell insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Process credit loan applications and present loan solutions based on customer needs.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances to offer solutions and resolve delinquency.
• Maintain a cash drawer, process payments, and deliver daily deposits to specified financial institutions.
• Achieve consistent results by meeting or exceeding individual and branch goals related to the sale of company products and services.
• Assist the Branch Manager by preparing reports as needed and maintaining compliance in the branch.
• In the manager's absence, coordinate functions and daily operational issues through communication with the District Manager.
• Learn Federal, State, and Local Application Consumer laws to ensure compliant actions.
