About The Position
The Consumer Loan Underwriter at Heritage Financial Credit Union is responsible for underwriting and processing various consumer loan applications, including personal, auto, home improvement, credit card, and indirect lending automotive loans. This role ensures compliance with credit union policies and federal regulations while maintaining a focus on providing excellent service to members. The position requires collaboration with branch personnel and other underwriters to ensure complete and accurate loan applications, as well as the analysis of applicants' financial status to determine loan feasibility.
