About The Position
This position involves handling inbound customer support calls and managing outbound sales and collection calls. The individual will contact customers with past due balances to offer possible solutions and resolve delinquency. The role includes completing the full-cycle credit loan application process and analyzing credit and financial information for current and potential customers. The employee is expected to consistently achieve monthly sales goals related to company products and services while learning Federal, State, and Local Application Consumer laws to ensure compliant actions. Additionally, the position requires maintaining a cash drawer, processing payments, and delivering daily deposits to specified financial institutions as required. The job may also involve performing additional functions depending on market demand and branch staffing to provide consistent quality customer service.
