As a Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in supporting frontline teams by managing post-origination loan activity and ensuring accuracy across loan servicing processes. This is a back-office role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, and operational excellence. What You’ll Do Support Department Success Contribute to team goals by delivering accurate, timely loan servicing support across multiple functions. Manage Loan Servicing & Account Maintenance Process filing notifications, proofs of claim, reaffirmations, and other account maintenance related to bankruptcies. Prepare documentation and update loan records for approved changes such as modifications, balloon payments, and extension agreements. Handle Product & Insurance-Related Requests Support product claims, purchases, and cancellations, including coordination with third-party partners. Be a Trusted Internal Resource Partner with frontline teams to provide guidance, answer questions, and resolve issues efficiently via email and Microsoft Teams. Ensure Accurate Records & Imaging Review, sort, and file incoming mail and documents related to imaging and loan records. Deliver a Strong Member Experience Answer questions related to products, policies, and procedures while supporting a seamless member experience. Consistently meet or exceed service level standards.
