About The Position
As a Consumer Loan Specialist at Republic Finance, you will play a vital role in our branch, focusing on delivering a positive customer experience while originating consumer loans. Your primary responsibilities will include completing loan applications, developing strong customer relationships, and meeting sales goals. You will also take ownership of customer concerns, work with management to resolve issues, and ensure that you consistently meet or exceed loan goals. Your analytical skills will be essential in efficiently resolving customer issues and maintaining a complex consumer loan portfolio. We offer a competitive salary of $32,000 per year, with the potential for an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000 annually.
