Responsible for opening, sorting, scanning and indexing loan/lease documents in compliance with policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines within designated time frames. Ensures compliance with internal policies, regulatory and investor requirements and customer service standards. Job requires the ability to perform work from a sedentary position, stand for extended periods of time, push/lift up to 50 pounds, and repeated bending.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically three to five years of related experience

  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities
