You’re detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to provide excellent service in loan servicing. As a Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist I, you’ll manage functions like payoffs, escrow disbursements, loan file maintenance , and compliance. A key focus of this role is supporting investor reporting and payment processing for secondary market loans, including MPF/FHLB and Freddie Mac. If you have experience in this area, your expertise will be highly valued in ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
