The Consumer Loan Servicing Representative performs a variety of support duties including assisting members and employees with questions regarding lending products and services by phone, messages, chats, and email. The weekly schedule includes Saturday rotation. This position is full-time and hybrid eligible, requiring in-office work 3 days per week including Monday and Friday, with the hybrid schedule subject to change.
