About The Position

The Consumer Loan Service Delivery Representative I position is designed for individuals who are service-oriented and eager to support Members' Consumer Lending needs primarily via the phone. The role involves completing various consumer lending transactions, submitting loan applications for decisions, gathering relevant loan documents, and providing Members with consumer lending information and recommendations. The position emphasizes delivering World Class Personal Service in a caring, enthusiastic, professional, and efficient manner while contributing to Consumer Lending goals on accuracy and service quality.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year previous experience in sales, customer service, or banking required.

Responsibilities

• Serve the Membership by providing World Class Personal Service.
• Support Members' Consumer Lending needs primarily via the phone.
• Complete various consumer lending transactions.
• Submit consumer loan applications for decisions.
• Gather relevant loan documents.
• Provide Members with consumer lending information and recommendations.
• Accurately present information and perform tasks associated with originating, processing, and funding of various consumer loan products.
• Prepare loans for funding, ensuring all documents and funding terms are correct.
• Communicate all consumer loan decisions (approvals and denials) to Members.
• Advocate for Members and escalate calls as appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality of credit union and Member records.
• Provide consultative services to Members regarding credit union products and services.
