About The Position
The Consumer Loan Processor is responsible for assisting with daily operations of consumer loan production to ensure loans are handled efficiently and cost-effectively, with a strong dedication to customer service. This role involves working closely with branch staff on operational issues related to consumer loans, including loan entry, addressing exceptions, training on software and loan products, and other customer service issues. The position also entails providing quality control of loan originations, boarding loans onto the Masterfile, and performing any other internal operational functions related to these loans.
