About The Position

Primary Purpose: Process and close all consumer loans and lines of credit to include home equity lines, and input HMDA data. Knowledge of consumer lending regulations and compliance. Essential Responsibilities: Process and close loans as assigned, HELOC, auto, brokerage secured and boat loans. Maintain and manage loan processing queue daily Provide excellent service to our members and loan administration personnel in the field Processing Loans: Prepare loan documents within regulatory timeframes Adheres to Service Level Agreements Prepares CIT documentation for HELOC, auto, brokerage and boat loans with assistance Input HMDA data and understands HMDA regulations Handles exceptions in a timely manner with assistance Input loans into the Loan Documentation System Prepare attorney’s instructions Prepare loan proceeds checks/wire transfers/general ledger entries Review final loan documentation after closing Correct any collateral exceptions in a timely manner Collaborate with team members outside of department to ensure smooth closing process for members Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). Other duties as assigned.

  • Strong technology skills (Power BI, intermediate or above Excel skills)
  • Knowledge of consumer loan regulations
