Loan Processing Admins must be skilled and knowledgeable in all facets of AFCU Consumer Loans products. They will be responsible for performing a wide variety of member service and clerical duties related for the Loan Processing Department. Receives and processes all loan paperwork for both Inbound and Outbound Sales Areas and the Contact Centers. Assists Processors, both Inbound and Outbound Sales Teams, Contact Centers and Members with any questions that appropriately refers to their area. Quality check all loans before funding, post them to accounts, overnight checks per requested, processes all mail for the department, manages the DocuSign queues for incoming loan related documents from members, and maintains all shared e-mail inboxes for the Loan Processing and Outbound Sales departments. Conducts ongoing support and follow-up utilizing all channels of communication including phone, SMS messaging, e-mail, and mailed communication. Performs miscellaneous loan processing such as attaching documents received from members via e-mail, fax, SMS messaging, or mail. This position pays $16.17-$20.22.
