We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Loan Center Representative. We are seeking a Loan Center Representative to assist consumer loan applicants with their applications submitted online and by telephone. Provides clerical and administrative support to process and close member loans via DocuSign.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; High School Internships also available.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain online and telephone loan applications in a timely and accurate manner.
• Contact applicants as needed for various matters including loan decisions.
• Provide excellent member service and resolve inquiries.
• Promote products and services to meet member needs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
