• Maintain accurate and organized loan files, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional bank products and services.
• Participate in promotional activities to increase consumer loan awareness.
• Review past-due reports on a weekly basis and manage overall portfolio to keep customers current.
