A Consumer Loan Officer is responsible for managing the branch’s consumer loan portfolio to drive increased loan production and overall lending volume by originating auto, home equity, signature loans, and credit cards. Promote the bank’s products and services while building and strengthening relationships with customers, coworkers, and community contacts. Be proactive in the daily role and community involvement. Duties include the loan application process within designated authority, maintaining a strong understanding of lending and credit policies, and addressing customer questions. The role also emphasizes delivering high levels of customer service and ethical conduct while strictly adhering to internal policies, risk management practices, and all regulatory and compliance requirements. This position is in-office in our Delta branch and is not a remote work opportunity.
