About The Position

As an Investments Account Maintenance Generalist at Bank of America, you will be responsible for providing timely resolution on routine service and inquiries received through various channels. This role requires cultural awareness, integrity, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across business partnerships. Key tasks include processing incoming client account documents and emails, managing CMC cases, and making outbound calls to gather additional information for resolution. You are expected to apply analytical thinking, strong research skills, and best practices to problem-solving. The position involves processing documents accurately and promptly according to established policies and procedures, including data entry, account updates, and handling forms such as Client relationship agreements, beneficiary forms, and address changes. Delivering high-quality, client-centric customer service is paramount. This is a high-paced production environment where meeting or exceeding quality control and productivity metrics is essential. There is also an opportunity for career advancement by becoming a certified trainer/mentor.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely resolution on routine service and inquiries that come into the group from a variety of channels
  • Understand and demonstrate cultural awareness, integrity and ability to work as part of a team and build cross business partnerships
  • Process incoming documents and emails related to client accounts
  • Work CMC cases
  • Make outbound calls on documents that need more information and resolve
  • Think analytically, use strong research Qualifications, and apply best practices/past experiences to problem resolution
  • Process documents according to established policies & procedures
  • Be accountable for accurate and timely processing of requests
  • Perform daily data entry, account updates, and general processing of account forms such as Client relationship agreements, beneficiary forms, address changes etc.
  • Provide high quality client centric customer service
  • Meet or exceed certain metrics such as quality control and productivity
