About The Position

We are seeking a Consumer Insights Consultant to help improve the performance and impact of our consumer survey program. This role will focus on increasing engagement with our consumer surveys and generating more actionable insights from the data collected. This consultant will both advise on improvements and actively implement them—including optimizing survey design, improving distribution and engagement strategies, and analyzing results to surface meaningful consumer insights. The role will also support initiatives to increase review volume on G2 while maintaining strong ratings. This will be a 3 month contract, 10-20 hours per week.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or survey analytics
  • Strong expertise in survey design and engagement optimization
  • Experience analyzing survey data and translating findings into actionable insights
  • Familiarity with survey platforms and consumer research tools
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

  • Experience working in consulting or project-based roles preferred

Responsibilities

  • Improve Survey Engagement
  • Evaluate our current consumer survey strategy and identify opportunities to increase response and completion rates
  • Improve survey design, question flow, and incentives to drive higher engagement

  • Analyze survey results to identify key consumer trends, behaviors, and opportunities
  • Translate survey findings into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders
  • Develop frameworks and processes to consistently extract deeper insights from surveys
  • Survey Program Optimization
  • Audit existing surveys and recommend improvements to structure, methodology, and measurement
  • Implement improvements to survey templates and survey processes
  • Establish scalable best practices for ongoing consumer research
  • G2 Review Growth
  • Support initiatives to increase G2 review volume
  • Develop and execute strategies to encourage reviews while maintaining current ratings
  • Monitor review trends and provide insights on consumer sentiment
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand key business questions
  • Share insights and recommendations through clear reports or presentations
  • Support teams in applying consumer insights to decision-making
