We are seeking a Consumer Insights Consultant to help improve the performance and impact of our consumer survey program. This role will focus on increasing engagement with our consumer surveys and generating more actionable insights from the data collected. This consultant will both advise on improvements and actively implement them—including optimizing survey design, improving distribution and engagement strategies, and analyzing results to surface meaningful consumer insights. The role will also support initiatives to increase review volume on G2 while maintaining strong ratings. This will be a 3 month contract, 10-20 hours per week.
