About The Position

The Consumer Insights Analyst performs end-to-end operational functions required to design and execute research with consumers and translate the consumer need to a business implication. You will report to the Director, Consumer Insights. In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from Madison, WI 53783. Internal candidates are encouraged to apply regardless of location and will be considered based upon the needs of the role.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience programming and analyzing consumer surveys with Qualtrics.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing consumer data with SPSS or comparable.
  • Data analysis storytelling experience.
  • Emerging skills in data management.
  • Understanding of insurance industry, insurance terminology, and insurance concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Execute all analytical and logistical operations required to maintain a customer research project.
  • Own, maintain, and develop proficient knowledge of consumer survey platforms.
  • Analyze data generated by consumer surveys.
  • Program and test consumer surveys on the survey platform.
  • Own survey platform supplier relationship.
  • Build and update standard question and survey templates within survey platform.
  • Monitor and issue regular reports on survey platform use.
