  • Ability to participate in our hybrid 10-week internship that takes place from June 2026 to August 2026 working a full-time schedule.
  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program majoring in Experience Design, Digital Technology, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Marketing, Product Development, Economics, or a related major, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
  • Willingness to work in Basking Ridge, NJ.
  • As noted, relocation may be provided in certain situations.
  • If relocation is required, you must be able to provide your own housing and reliable transportation to the office location.

Nice To Haves

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret raw data and translate it into actionable business insights or "so-what" statements.
  • Problem solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Foundational knowledge of SQL (joining tables, filtering, and aggregating data) and experience or interest in cloud environments like Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Experience with Python, HTML, R, and AI (Google Gemini, Notebook LM, LangChain, AutoGPT etc).
  • Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivots, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs) and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools.
  • Financial Literacy: Basic understanding of cost analysis, ROI, or business case modeling.
  • Communication: Strong ability to explain data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Written and verbal communication skills for documenting processes and presenting findings.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Experience Management team in driving key strategic initiatives focused on improving the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and work with the Voice of Employee & Voice of Customer Teams to gather insights.
  • Assist the Customer Experience (CX) team in documenting customer journeys.
  • Research and identify pain points, process gaps, and organizational inefficiencies, offering recommendations for potential improvements.
  • Conduct data analysis to support CX strategy and guide decision-making, helping to connect initiatives to measurable outcomes like churn reduction or cost efficiencies.
  • Contribute to the development of meaningful reports and scorecards used to track the effectiveness and efficiency of CX processes.
  • Support the CX Account Management team by caring for our internal and external customers.
  • Data Extraction & Analysis: Utilize SQL to query databases within GCP (BigQuery) to extract journey performance metrics and customer behavior data.
  • Business Case Development: Assist in conducting benefits and cost-benefit analysis (ROI) for new JaaS capabilities using real-world data pulled from cloud environments.
  • Performance Tracking: Build and maintain automated dashboards or reports that track the health and success of visual journeys across Digital and Assisted channels.
  • Strategic Storytelling: Help synthesize complex data sets into executive-level visualizations and narratives for senior leadership forums.
  • Support the Command Center team by building next gen automated diagnostics and visualization tools that allow tracking for the lifecycle of a promotion from launch to sunset.
  • Dashboard & Table Construction: Design and build robust data tables and interactive dashboards to track promo performance, budget utilization, and anomaly detection.
  • Agentic AI Development: Experiment with and implement Agentic AI workflows to automate "rapid-response diagnostics."
  • You will help build agents that can autonomously investigate data anomalies and propose root causes.
  • Data Pipeline Support: Assist in querying and structuring data within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to ensure our reporting is accurate and real-time.
  • Environment Management: Maintain reproducible data science environments to ensure our models and scripts run seamlessly across the team.
