About The Position

The Consumer Experience Senior Specialist is a strategic role responsible for serving as the global content owner for all consumer-facing digital content across approximately 200 websites. This includes oversight of important public information, including FAQs, nutritional information (PepsiCoProductFacts.com), content syndication, Salesforce Knowledge, and Joy Rewards. The role partners closely with cross functional stakeholders to define content strategy, drive the enhancement roadmap, and ensure ongoing governance, accuracy, and optimization. This position also leverages consumer feedback and data insights to identify trends, inform decision-making, and continuously improve the end-to-end consumer experience.This position will also lead CX finance support.

Requirements

  • 5-10 minimum years work experience
  • Very detail oriented, strong MS Excel skills required
  • Demonstrated written communication skills – especially in PowerPoint, Word, email, and social media
  • Strong verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Digital skills, including experience with digital apps, photo and video editing and digital content
  • Team player, relationship builder, leader, and innovator
  • Highly proactive, analytical, organized, and motivated with excellent project management skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with the ability to think out-of-the-box to reach issue solutions and approach projects on time and within budget
  • Executive presence including calmness under fire and ability to manage conflicting information and deliver results through challenging relationships across markets and levels

Benefits

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,200 - $134,250.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
