Responsibilities

• Assist customers in making mobile appointments for vehicle service.
• Arrange for pick-up and delivery of customers' vehicles.
• Prepare complete and accurate estimates of costs for parts and labor, obtaining necessary approvals.
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update customers on their status.
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
• Meet and greet customers on the service drive, ensuring timely care.
• Perform active delivery of vehicles, explaining the Multi-Point Inspection and all completed work and charges to customers.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
