About The Position

As a Consumer Experience Representative at Realtor.com, you will play a crucial role in shaping the customer journey at a leading real estate platform. Responsibilities

  • Represent realtor.com in a professional manner through phone, email, and text message communication.
  • Make 300+ outbound and inbound warm dials daily to identify clients' real estate transaction needs and provide superior service.
  • Work collaboratively in a team atmosphere and independently.
  • Determine the needs of clients through effective problem-solving, listening, and questioning skills.
  • Make successful connections between consumers and real estate professionals to increase operational efficiency.
  • Maintain scheduling flexibility for late evening or weekend shifts.
