About The Position

The Consumer Engagement Team Ambassador for Monster Energy Company is responsible for driving consumer engagement through product sampling and brand communication. This part-time remote role focuses on generating product trials, supporting sales efforts, and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. The ambassador will actively participate in events and merchandising activities to enhance brand visibility and loyalty.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs when required.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Actively generate trial of Monster Energy through guerrilla sampling.
• Approach consumers who need energy and generate trial.
• Distribute POS materials to reinforce brand loyalty.
• Care for program materials and assets responsibly.
• Arrive on time and adhere to the shift schedule.
• Maintain brand appearance and wear the proper uniform.
• Ensure professionalism and proactive interactions with consumers.
• Respond timely to Consumer Engagement Team Lead and Regional Field Manager.
• Assist in managing inventory of regional storage units.
• Assist in recruiting additional team members as needed.
• Lead or support event planning and logistics as needed.
• Merchandise MEC products in the cold vault and coolers.
• Conduct routine store checks to ensure MEC products are stocked according to in-store schematics.
• Check that all Point of Sale (POS) is correctly displayed at store level.
• Transmit daily account data via app-based tools.

Benefits

• Base pay rate of $21.00/hr
