The Consumer Engagement Team Ambassador position at Monster Energy Company is a part-time role focused on enhancing consumer engagement and brand loyalty through direct interaction and merchandising efforts. This national marketing program aims to generate trial of Monster Energy products, communicate brand messaging, assist in lead generation for the sales division, and develop key account relationships. The role is essential in building a network of influence and supporting sales efforts through event sampling and merchandising as needed. As an ambassador, you will actively engage with consumers, particularly those who may benefit from an energy boost, by conducting guerrilla sampling initiatives. Your responsibilities will include distributing point-of-sale materials to reinforce brand loyalty and ensuring that all program materials are well-maintained. Punctuality and adherence to the shift schedule are crucial, as is maintaining a professional appearance by wearing the proper uniform. You will be expected to communicate effectively with the Consumer Engagement Team Lead and Regional Field Manager, responding promptly to their needs. In addition to consumer engagement, merchandising is a key component of this role. You will merchandise Monster Energy Company products in cold vaults and coolers, conduct routine store checks to ensure products are stocked according to in-store schematics, and verify that all point-of-sale materials are displayed correctly. Daily account data will need to be transmitted via app-based tools, ensuring accurate reporting and inventory management. This position requires flexibility, as you will need to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of two shifts per month required. The role may also involve travel when necessary, and you must be able to lift up to 40 lbs as required. A clean driving record is essential, and candidates must be at least 21 years of age to apply.
