About The Position

The Consumer eBanking Manager will lead and oversee the Consumer eBanking team, ensuring effective day-to-day operations, strong service delivery, and ongoing development of team members. This role serves as a subject matter expert for consumer eBanking products, partnering with internal stakeholders to support product implementations, enhancements, and customer adoption. The position also plays a key role in risk management, fraud mitigation, audit support, and regulatory compliance, while driving continuous improvement and high-quality consumer eBanking solutions.

  • Proven leader with the ability to coach, engage, and develop team members while maintaining accountability.
  • Clear, effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive relationships.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
  • Professional, calm, and customer‑focused when handling pressure, challenges, and complex situations.
  • Demonstrates integrity and confidentiality with proficiency in Microsoft Office and consumer eBanking tools.
