In this role, you will work with a steady stream of pre-qualified inbound leads and assist borrowers in securing the best mortgage solutions. You will utilize your expertise to guide clients through the loan process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Requirements

Active NMLS license required.
Minimum 1-2 years of mortgage sales experience in a Consumer Direct environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of mortgage products, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Proficiency in mortgage software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Manage and convert inbound leads provided by the company.
Educate clients on available loan products and guide them through the mortgage process.
Analyze borrowers’ financial situations to determine appropriate loan options.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with processors and underwriters to ensure a seamless closing experience.
Meet and exceed sales goals through effective pipeline management and customer service.
