You’ll manage incoming mortgage applications from web-based consumer leads with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures. As a Consumer Direct Mortgage Loan Officer, you will guide applicants through the mortgage process by collecting and analyzing financial information, recommending appropriate loan products, and explaining their benefits. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in mortgage lending, excels in communication, and is committed to helping members find the best financial solutions for their home financing needs.
