About The Position

National Independent Mortgage Lender seeks a Consumer Direct Loan Officer to expand an existing call center. Inside Loan Advisors receive 100% inbound calls from qualified home shoppers looking to make their next purchase. Live daily leads transfers! Salary plus commissions. All mortgage loan advisors are eligible for bonuses. Very aggressive commission splits. New Associate Bonus Program Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae Seller/Servicer. We also have a stable of investors with 100s of loan products. Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, Manufactured Homes, Stated Income Products for Self-Employed Borrowers (NON- QM), USDA, and more! Competitive Pricing Direct Lender so all processing, underwriting, and funding are done in-house. Company-paid licensing, continuing education, and annual state/NMLS renewals. The EMAC Group is an Executive Search Firm with clients such as Fed and State Charter Banks, IMBs, Credit Unions, and larger brokers, nationwide.

Requirements

• Proven monthly production
• Call center Background
• Familiar with DU/LP
• Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills
• Able to take direction and work in a team environment
• Strong sense of urgency and initiative to get things done
• Ambitious professional who is motivated by opportunity for advancement
• Minimum five years of mortgage loan officer/retail mortgage banking experience
• Exceptional phone sales skills
• Must already be NMLS Licensed & SAFE Act compliant
• Must be licensed in a minimum of five(5) states
• MUST BE CURRENTLY NMLS LICENSED AND IN GOOD STANDING!
