The Consumer Data Strategy Senior Manager will be responsible for implementing and creating the Consumer Data Platform (CDP) and the data strategy for all Kimberly-Clark North America (KCNA) covering B2B, B2C and D2C areas. This data will be used across various digital products, retailer channels, and other priority owned and paid channels. This means you will work closely with Kimberly-Clark brand teams and internal technology teams to refine, optimize, and scale data strategies that drive ongoing business outcomes and personalize consumer experiences. This role reports to the Associate Director – Digital Insights & Innovation and is a part of the North America Digital Consumer Experience organization. This role can sit in Chicago, IL or Roswell, GA and follows a two-day per week in-office hybrid cadence. In this role you will:
