About The Position

You will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining positive relationships between the company and its customers. This position is responsible for addressing consumer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. The coordinator will analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the overall consumer experience. By acting as a liaison between consumers and internal departments, the role ensures that customer needs are understood and met promptly. Ultimately, the Consumer Coordinator contributes to building brand loyalty and supporting the company’s reputation for exceptional products.

Requirements

  • Associate degree. Bachelor’s degree a plus.
  • 2+ years’ experience in agribusiness or produce environment preferred
  • Spanish written/verbal skills highly preferred
  • Experience working in a consumer-facing role.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills used with growers, retailers, customers, and consumers
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook software.
  • Must be high energy and enjoy a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
  • Proven experience effectively interfacing with all levels of management, technical, and administrative staff as well as outside inquiries from the public.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all consumer inquiries.
  • Manage the database, track corrective actions, and issue final reports to the consumer and/or customer.
  • Record all complaints and inquiries in the database and track all corrective actions.
  • Respond urgently and independently to customer-related requests and requirements.
  • Report solutions to problems/changes in procedures to the Food Safety Specialist.
  • Ensure all food safety audits and other related documents are on Azzule and shared with the customers.
  • Ensure that the approved vendor files are up to date and collect the new food safety audits and file them accordingly.
  • Assist the VP of Compliance in responding with urgency to customer-related requests and requirements.
  • Other duties crucial to our mission as they are needed.
