Requirements

  • An undergraduate student with an expected graduation date between either December 2026 or May/June 2027.
  • Area of Study: Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Risk Management, Law, or related fields.
  • Cumulative GPA is 3.0 or above.
  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and courage.
  • Strong English communication skills both written and spoken required.
  • Analytical thinkers with a strong attention to detail.
  • Organized and able to manage time and multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently on special projects.
  • Ability to effectively contribute to a team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to regulatory research databases such as Lexis Nexus, Westlaw, etc.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office products.
  • Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Exposure to programming languages such as Python, SQL, Java, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Working in teams and independently to develop and lead short-term compliance projects and initiatives.
  • Assisting in the production and review of related materials for various risk forums/committees.
  • Performing quality control audits of internal compliance processes.
  • Gathering and analyzing relevant compliance-related information to create deliverables and establish necessary recommendations on compliance matters such as Training, Regulatory Change Management, Metrics, Reporting, etc.
  • Executing ad-hoc reporting for senior and executive management as needed.
  • Initiating change, integration, operationalization/automation of new and existing systems and processes.
  • Contributing to the drafting and review of internal compliance procedures and training materials.
  • Partnering with compliance teams to identify and create digital solutions to streamline current processes.
