About The Position

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of previous collections experience required.
• FDCPA knowledge preferred.
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude.
• Ability to problem solve and multitask.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for outbound calling as well as accepting incoming calls regarding past due accounts.
• Secure payments on accounts that are past due.
