The DoorDash Consumer Campaign Operations team's mission is to efficiently deliver high quality, relevant communications that meet the needs of our consumers, globally. To accomplish this mission, we're building a team of technical CRM experts who build, QA, and launch marketing campaigns designed by our Lifecycle Marketing partners. This team is goaled on high quality campaign delivery and operational efficiency so that each campaign reaches the correct audience on-time with excellent craft. As the Consumer Campaign Operations Manager, you will lead a Consumer Campaign Operations team for a specific business line. You will partner closely with the Lifecycle Marketing team and Project Manager to ensure each campaign has the right staffing, has completed all required steps prior to launch, and is delivered on time to the end-consumer, with high quality and excellent craft. You will be responsible for your team's high quality campaign delivery rate goal and partner with Martech, Product and Analytics to identify opportunities for further improvement across our Consumer Campaign Operation processes. You will be an expert in our first and third party tools and tech stack, and you will train and lead a team of experts in technical campaign execution. This role will report to the head of consumer campaign operations.
